FLORENCE is a project having been neglected since my husband died.
The She 31 is a lovely looking sailing boat. eligible for classic races. Her performance was excellent in her day, winning many races. Needless to say
her pedigree is unimpeachable and well proven.
GRP hulL Built 1979. Sails are good (stored at home as is running rigging), standing rigging seems good. Engine has had it as she filled up with water
over the last few months.

She now needs cleaning inside and a total refit We had planned to redo the interior.
