This time, it was the call of the bagpipes to dinner a few Saturdays ago for the annual Burns’ Night.
Well what a weekend we had! Once again the “Quarter Deck” was filled with buzzing, expectant cruisers all more or less on time and ready for the countdown smartly at 10am on Saturday morning.
Last Wednesday, to an audience of 52 members, Richard Balfry and Neil Millward, supported by their ‘Ukrainian Action’ charity colleagues
Members made their way down to the RDYC on a March Saturday evening where thankfully the wet and windy weather had temporarily abated.
The Royal Dart Yacht Club was honoured to host the crews and skippers on the classic yachts competing in the prestigious Richard Mille Cup. Please enjoy some pictures of these beautiful yachts in Start Bay.
Despite the shades of lethargy in the title, the Laying Up Supper is always a lively celebration in the RDYC calendar.
Our gastronomic galloping continued for the March At Home when we ventured northwards to Wales for St David’s Day.
